• This means you don’t need the WINDCRANE GO mobile app anymore to stay updated. Just use WINDCRANE Fleet on your Desktop/Mobile and allow notifications.

As we prepare to stop updating the WINDCRANE mobile app, this feature is part of our commitment to making WINDCRANE Fleet your main hub for alerts, reports, and daily insights.

How to get Wind Alerts on Mobile Phone

I. Install and Add to Home Screen of Phone

II. Login and Subscribe to Alerts

1. Go to https://ft.windcrane.com/ using your mobile phone’s browser
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Press “Login”
4. A notification will appear, then Press “Subscribe”
5. When asked for Notifications permission, choose “Allow”

How to get Wind Alerts on Desktop

1. Open WINDCRANE Fleet in browser https://ft.windcrane.com/

• When you first visit, you’ll be prompted with a message:

“Please subscribe to our notifications in order to receive wind alerts.” Click Subscribe to opt in.

 

2. Allow notifications in your browser

• A popup will appear asking for permission to send notifications. Click Allow.

 

3. Check browser settings

• If you missed the prompt or blocked it earlier, look for a message like:

“Notifications blocked – Notifications are automatically blocked for all sites except ones you allow.”

Click Manage or Allow for this site to turn them back on.

 

4. Enable the toggle in WINDCRANE Fleet settings

• Go to your Notifications Settings within the platform and ensure the toggle for receiving notifications is turned on.
